Shipping & Returns

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. EST will be processed the same day and shipped the following morning. This excludes holidays, Saturdays & Sundays which will be processed the same day but shipped the following business day. All orders placed after 5 p.m. EST will begin processing and shipped within 48 hours. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We ship via USPS Priority shipping which includes insurance of packages over $100. All orders over $75 ship for free (applies to ground shipping only). The following flat rates apply:

 $7.99 Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)            $18 2nd Day Shipping (1-2 business days)               

                              $30 Overnight Shipping (next business day if placed before 1 p.m.)

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Online Purchases:

We understand that shopping online can be a bit challenging when you can't see or try on the items that you are buying so we try to make the return process as easy as possible.

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 12 days of the original ship date. Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered - new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Returns and exchanges apply to full priced items only. All discounted sale items are FINAL SALE, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

We pack each order and carefully inspect items for any damages. If you happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us via email at info@obsessedtodress.com immediatly so that we can resolve the problem.

 

Processing a Return

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 12 days. Simply visit the my account section and click on Completed Orders and select Return Items for the item you would like to return. If the order is eligible for return, you will see a return/exchange button simply click to submit your request. We will email you a link to print your pre-paid return label. Securely pack your merchandise and your original invoice in a shipping box/envelope and secure your printed shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop off your package at any local shipping/USPS. Once we receive the order the return total will be credited back to the method of payment, less the cost of shipping. Please allow 4-7 business days to process your return after it has been received. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

 

Processing an Exchange

To exchange an item for something else, simply go to the website, place an order for the item you wish to exchange and make a note in the comments portion of your order at checkout that you are exchanging. Then follow the instructions above: submit a return request online, we will email you a link to print your pre-paid return label. Securely pack your merchandise and your original invoice in a shipping box/envelope and secure your printed shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop off your package at any local USPS. Once we receive the order we will refund the full amount to your method of payment and gladly cover the cost of shipping for the exchange. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

In Home Styling Purchases:

All sales made from in home styling visits are non-refundable. We accept exchanges only on all unworn merchandise within 12 days of the purchase date.
